Approximate port shape after porting
The measurements in this pic are critical for the D3
ports to acheive the 200 cfm @ .600" lift goal. Bear in
mind that decking can change the 1.51" spec so the
measurement from thermactor bump to crest is more
reliable. This style of port does not benefit from floor
filling from the flow perspective. It does however
reduce port turbulence.

In all honesty these castings
when worked well are a good
choice for a stroker truck
combo where compression ratio
is an issue.
With max flow of 365/200+
with standard port entry and
exits they will work with any
dual plane intake excepting the
cj port stealth
I also feel that for the "under"
6,000 RPM street stroker these
casting are quite suitable. If you
need more RPM the ported
D0VEs are a better choice
because the D0VE exhaust port
is less turbulent for a given flow
than the D3 is.
